Return Policy and Shipping Costs:
We offer Free Shipping on all orders. Estimated timeframe to package and ship an order under the Free Shipping rate is 6-10 days with additional time for transit and delivery. This is our Standard shipping method.
Foxfire Ranch offers Returns and Free Exchanges on all sales unless otherwise noted on specific products. Some sale items, including closeout stock, is final sale only.

Note: Shipping expense is deducted from all refunds. If free shipping was included on an order the shipping expense will be deducted from the refund amount ($5-$20 depending on weight.)

Exchanges may be made within 5 days of receiving an order, subject to availability and receipt of the purchased item in original condition. We will replace the item at no additional cost to the customer.
